Health & Fitness Classes

Group Cycling:  A 45 -minute cardiorespiratory workout guided by a certified cycling instructor on a stationary bike set to music. Resistance is adjusted on the bike throughout the workout to provide different levels of intensity. Students of all levels are encouraged to participate. Bring a towel and water and come and enjoy the ride (please note the 12:15p Cycling classes are 35 minutes in length).

Cardio Blast– This cardio class will certainly keep your heart pumping and energy blasting with an arrangement of fitness moves that will transform and reshape your body.

Express Muscle: Emphasis is on conditioning and targeting the different muscle groups for a quick express workout.

Core – This 30-minute class will be sure to trim down and sculpt your waist using weights, body weight movements, and other props. Feel the burn!

H.A.B.I.T: (Hips, Abs, Butts, and Incredible Thighs). Body sculpting class targeting the thighs, butt, and abdominal area. Come get into a great H.A.B.I.T!

HIIT – This high-intensity interval training is a mixture of timed intense cardio and strength training that will take you outside of your comfort zone, push you to your limits, and get you fast results!

Pilates: Pilates (mat Pilates) is a series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control, balance and fluid movement. Emphasis is on the core of the body – the powerhouse.

Pure Strength: This 30-minute class is designed to promote strength with some endurance gains and allows the participant to move at their own pace. Using weights and resistance equipment, this class is perfect for participants interested in sculpting and toning.

R.I.P.P.E.D. – This total body, high-intensity style program, utilizes free weights, resistance, and body weight, and masterfully combines the components of R.I.P.P.E.D… Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometrics and Endurance!

Step:  Come take a great step class with fun choreography to increase your cardiovascular endurance.

Tabata Boot Camp: Burn up to 13.5 calories per minute in this HIIT type of class.  You will do an exercise
hard for 20 seconds and recover for 10 seconds.  Full body workout!

TRX:   Works with the leverage of gravity and your own body weight using suspension cables. It helps to deliver a total body workout, rock solid core, and increased muscular endurance for all fitness levels!

Water Fitness: Work cardio and strength with minimal impact on your joints. These in the water classes create a challenging and fun atmosphere. Shake up your routine, hit the water, and enjoy the variety.

Youth Fitness: Youth Fitness and tone encourage students to stay physically active with age appropriate exercises. FUN is the key element and our participants enjoy a great workout without realizing it.

Yoga: This class accommodates a mixed level of students by incorporating various types of yoga poses and techniques. The instructor will guide you through the poses using breathing and focus. At the end of the class, you will enjoy quiet meditation and relaxation.

Zumba: Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. The goal is simple: to have fun while working out and loving to work out. Come join the ZUMBA FUN!

Zumba Gold: The easy-to-follow program that lets you move to the beat at your own speed. It’s an invigorating, community-oriented dance-fitness class that feels fresh, and most of all, exhilarating! Zumba Gold® classes provide modified, low-impact moves for active older adults.

Zumba Tone: Zumba Tone is a great class to focus on strengthening and toning all the target zones, including arms, abs, and thighs. Zumba Toning is the perfect way to sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast.

Zumba Kids: ZUMBA FUN for our KROC kids. The instructor will take our KROC kids through a fun filled Zumba class to get their energy flowing while exercising.
