Take charge of your health by improving your aerobic capacity, muscular strength and flexibility! Our fitness center is available to all members for strength, cardio, flexibility and agility training. We have a professional, educated floor staff to show members how to use and adjust all of our equipment and are happy to provide all of our members with a free fitness consultation and equipment orientation.
Additional programs, such as personal fitness training and sports performance training are available at modest fees to help you get the most out of your workouts. For something upbeat, we offer a variety of group exercise classes from Zumba, Pilates and low impact aerobics to group strength training and senior adult classes in balance & fall prevention, and gentle strength training
