Aqua Barre– Fun, body toning and strength building water inspired workout featuring noodles as the barre.
Aqua Power– Intensified water workout focusing on cardio and strength training.
Aqua Balance and Cardio-Water inspired workout class where exercises are performed in cycles with underwater weights.
Aqua Zumba-Aqua aerobics performed with an added Latin flavor.
Bosu Balance-In this class the Bosu balance trainer is used to help improve balance. Because the Bosu is unstable you’re constantly engaging the smaller stabilizer muscles in the upper and lower body to keep you in place.
Cardio Kick-This class builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility by combining martial art techniques with fast-paced cardio allowing you to burn calories as you build lean muscle.
Chair Yoga- This yoga class offers a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This yoga is great for people who cannot stand for long periods or lack the mobility of moving from standing to seated poses.
Gentle Yoga-This yoga class is considered to be easier, less intense. Non-strenuous, quiet, meditative and restorative.
Group Cycling-This is a 45-minute cardiorespiratory workout set to music and guided by a certified cycling instructor. Resistance is adjusted on the bike throughout the workout to provide different levels of intensity. Students of all levels are encouraged to participate. Bring a towel and water.

Pilates Barre Fusion-This fusion is a low impact intense workout designed to transform and sculpt the entire body. A workout for any level this workout can help ease low back pain, reduce body fat, improve flexibility, and support mental well being.
Insanity – A total body workout that requires no equipment as your body is your resistance. The program is based on max interval training
PIYO-A fusion of yoga and Pilates, this class targets abs, legs, arms, and butt.
Pure Strength-This class is designed to promote strength and endurance using free weights and resistance bands allowing participants to move at their own pace.
R.I.P.P.E.D-This total body intensity style program utilizes free weights and body weight. It combines the components of Resistance, Intervals, Power, Plyometric and Endurance.
Silver Sneakers-Offers a variety of fun and safe aerobic classes designed to energize active lifestyles using low impact movements. Exercises are designed to increase muscle strength and range of motion for daily living. Workouts include standing, low impact routines choreographed and alternated with standing upper body strength work using hand held weights. Other fitness tools utilized by Silver Sneakers include elastic tubing with handles and the Silver Sneakers ball.
Tabata Boot Camp– In this class you may burn up to 13.5 calories per minute because exercises are performed at a high intensity for 20 seconds followed by 10 seconds recovery.
Total Body Training– In this class you will build muscle and get strong by training you entire body in one brief session working every major muscle group.
TRX-This class delivers a total body workout using gravity, your own body weight and suspension cables.
Vinyasa Flow-In this class poses flow together and are synced with the breath.
Water Fitness-In this class cardio and strength exercises are performed with minimal impact on joints.
Yoga-This class uses various poses to improve mental clarity and physical strength.
Zumba-This aerobically styled class features movements inspired by various Latin American dances performed to Latin American music.

Youth Athletics and Fitness- Kids are taught fun and age appropriate exercises and are encouraged to stay physically active.
Yoga Kids-This class accommodates mixed levels of students by incorporating various types of yoga poses. The instructor guides yogis through the poses using breathing and focus techniques with each session followed by quiet meditation and relaxation.
Zumba Kids– This class uses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a fun and dynamic fitness program.
Tajuana started teaching aerobics by watching her favorite step instructor back in 2007. She started with a small group of friends and taught aerobics and dance classes. In 2011, Tajuana decided to get licensed to teach Zumba. Since then, She has received the following:
