The Salvation Army Kroc Center celebrates Kroctober Fest, a FREE, community-wide event for all ages! Featuring trunk or treating, a costume contest, bounce houses, a vendor fair, food trucks, & much more! Live music is provided by the Mississippi Songwriters Alliance.
