Aqua Barre– Fun, body toning and strength building water inspired workout featuring noodles as the barre.
Aqua Power– Intensified water workout focusing on cardio and strength training.
Aqua Balance and Cardio- Water inspired workout class where exercises are performed in cycles with underwater weights.
Aqua Zumba- Aqua aerobics performed with an added Latin flavor.
Bosu Balance- In this class the Bosu balance trainer is used to help improve balance. Because the Bosu is unstable you’re constantly engaging the smaller stabilizer muscles in the upper and lower body to keep you in place.
Cardio Kick- This class builds stamina, improves coordination and flexibility by combining martial art techniques with fast-paced cardio allowing you to burn calories as you build lean muscle.
Chair Yoga- This yoga class offers a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This yoga is great for people who cannot stand for long periods or lack the mobility of moving from standing to seated poses.
Gentle Yoga- This yoga class is considered to be easier, less intense. Non-strenuous, quiet, meditative and restorative.
Group Cycling- This is a 45-minute cardiorespiratory workout set to music and guided by a certified cycling instructor. Resistance is adjusted on the bike throughout the workout to provide different levels of intensity. Students of all levels are encouraged to participate. Bring a towel and water.
Hydro HIIT– Challenging cardio interval training water workout.
Pilates Barre Fusion- This fusion is a low impact intense workout designed to transform and sculpt the entire body. A workout for any level this workout can help ease low back pain, reduce body fat, improve flexibility, and support mental well being.
Insanity – A total body workout that requires no equipment as your body is your resistance. The program is based on max interval training
Line Dancing - This class will improve your physical endurance as well as your cognitive memory. There are over 50 different dances with each dance having a different order of dance steps and speeds. The camaraderie between participants is worth getting your dance shoes on.
Line Dance (Beginners) - Similar to the Line Dancing Class, but at a slower speed and more individual attention is given to the students.
PIYO- A fusion of yoga and Pilates, this class targets abs, legs, arms, and butt.
Pure Strength- This class is designed to promote strength and endurance using free weights and resistance bands allowing participants to move at their own pace.
