Aqua Fitness – this fast paced and low impact class that integrates intervals of cardio and strength training to assist in building muscle and cardio endurance. Water resistance is utilized, and exercise modifications are provided if needed. This class can utilize both the shallow 3’6” and deeper 4’6” water with minimal to no swimming experience necessary.
Aqua Flow- 45-minute class that is slow paced and low impact, focusing on the movement of the body within the water and utilizing the hydrodynamic properties. This class strengthens balance and flexibility through dynamic stretching and integration of yoga that is easy on the joints and great for members of all fitness levels.

This class is perfect for the individual who is new to exercise but is also appropriate for those who wish to improve their muscular endurance and flexibility. Classic is designed to increase strength and range of motion as well as to provide improvement in functional skill-related fitness components like agility, balance, coordination, power, and speed. Improving these skills will help minimize the risk and fear of falling and will ultimately help class members maintain an independent lifestyle.
Zumba Gold
Zumba Gold is designed to take the exciting Latin and international dance rhythms created in the original ZUMBA Program and bring them to the active older adult, the beginner participant, and other special populations that may need modifications for success. Zumba Gold is so easy to follow that people of any age can do it! It is great for the mind, body, and soul.
Chair Yoga- This yoga class offers a gentle form of yoga practiced sitting on a chair or standing using a chair for support. This yoga is great for people who cannot stand for long periods or lack the mobility of moving from standing to seated poses.
Yoga- This class focuses on development of strength, alignment, balance, posture and breathing technique that gradually build flexibility and strength.
Pilates Barre Fusion-This class is a low-impact intense workout designed to transform and sculpt the entire body. A workout for any level, this workout can help ease low back pain, reduce body fat, improve flexibility, and support mental well-being.
Spin - This is a 30-45-minute cycle cardiorespiratory workout set to music and guided by a certified cycling instructor. Resistance is adjusted on the bike throughout the workout to provide different levels of intensity. Bring a towel and water. It is recommended you arrive 10 minutes early for proper bike set up.
Bosu Balance-In this class the Bosu balance trainer is used to help improve balance. Because the Bosu is unstable, you’re constantly engaging the smaller stabilizer muscles in the upper and lower body to keep you in place.
Body Strength-This class is designed to promote strength and endurance using free weights and resistance bands allowing participants to move at their own pace.
TRX- This class delivers a total body workout using gravity, your body weight, and suspension cables.
Chair Strength – While sitting or using a chair you will get a full body strength and cardio workout designed to build and tone muscle while creating cardiovascular strength, core, and balance. Perfect for any age and fitness level. Come and take a “load off while still working towards your fitness goals.
