Calling All Restaurants to Show Off Your Culinary Skills

Compete for the coveted People’s Choice Award at The Salvation Army Kroc Center Taste of South Mississippi fundraiser.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - January 19, 2024 (Mississippi Gulf Coast) – Brace your taste buds! The most scorching culinary event of the year is back, and we're calling on all the flavor masters of the Mississippi Gulf Coast to join the Taste of South Mississippi fundraiser.

For a chance to win The People's Choice Award, highlight your signature dish and compete for the ultimate bragging rights for the year, by providing “tastes” of your best dish. Last year's winner was McElroy’s, with their famous Shrimp and Grits dish. It's not just about food; it's about winning the hearts and taste buds of the community, by taking part and giving back to The Salvation Army Kroc Center’s youth programs and scholarship fund.

The fundraising event is on Thursday, March 14th, 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at The Salvation Army Kroc Center, 575 Division Street, Biloxi.

The fundraiser doesn’t just help the Kroc Center, it is also a chance to promote your restaurant.

Glory: Claim the title of the People's Choice Award and be hailed as the culinary champion!

Exposure: Put your restaurant in the spotlight with food enthusiasts and influencers.
