Play Care
WHAT IS PLAY CARE?
The short-term Play Care Program is a bonus for our Kroc members and allows members to drop their children off for up to 5 hours a day while they utilize the facility or participate in a Kroc Center program or carry out outside errands throughout the day.
Our highly skilled staff are trained and guaranteed to meet your standards of child safety and youth development. In accordance with CDC guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have intensified our cleaning and disinfection efforts of commonly use child care areas, implemented health screening procedures upon arrival, and modified our drop-off and pick up procedures.
Play care activities include, but are not limited to physical activity to promote fitness, character building exercises, movies, arts and crafts, playtime, and more!
Hourly Rate: $3.50 per Child
Members receive 2hrs. FREE

Parents Time Out Child Care
PARENTS “TIME OUT” (MEMBERS ONLY)
Solve busy morning schedules and appointments through taking advantage of this exclusive members only program. You are in control of the duration of care needed, a maximum of 5 hours. Available every Monday-Friday from 8 AM-1 PM. Snacks will be provided. This program is $10 per hour for the first child and $5 for each additional child per hour. The program offered to Kroc Center Members only.
After School Program & Pick – Up
Monday – Friday 2:15 pm – 6:15 pm

Let us take care of your child after school! The Salvation Army Kroc Center’s After School Program is one of a kind – safe, nurturing place for kids ages 4-12 to relax after school or during school breaks. Our kids are encouraged to ask questions, make new friends, unleash their creativity through arts & crafts, and engage in physical activity through swimming, outdoor game activities, and even time dedicated to completing school assignments.

Character Building – Youth After School Program
Fall 2021 program begins on August 11th 2021
Our new Youth Character Building program helps grow and enrich your child’s life through Christ! This program is available to girls and boys in 1st grade – 5th grade. Once registered your child/children will be participating in the “Youth Character Building” program. The curriculum will be catered to your child/children depending on the age, grade, and gender. For girls in grades 1st-5th, they will partake in the Sunbeam curriculum. For boys in grades 1st-5th, they will partake in the Adventure Corps curriculum. We will start with a small devotion, the lessons will be teaching basic life skills, and they will be similar to Girl Scout/Boy Scout life-skill lessons. Once your child/children complete the necessary lessons at the end of each week, they will earn and take home a certificate for their badge.
Date Night Child Care
DATE NIGHT CHILD CARE
Need a night out in the town or seeking time for self-care? Bring your kids and we’ll handle the rest. A light dinner, movies, games will be provided all in a safe Christian environment for children ages 2 months-12 years old. Available every Monday-Friday from 4 PM-8 PM. This program is $35 for the first child and $10 for each additional child. COVID-19 precautions such as round-the-clock cleaning, mask usage, and disinfecting of toys by staff will be taken for the health and safety of your child.
